(SN) . Frederick runs a thriving photography, photographic
processing, framing and general souvenir business
incorporating No 92 and Nos
94 - 96.
He is to become an historically significant figure
for Southwold, being responsible for many of the images
which have become an important source of insight into
what life in Southwold was like in the early 20th
century.
Frederick's Grand daughter,
Ann Thornton, remembers that his large photographic
portrait studio and customer dressing room was located
upstairs at the rear of No 92. The ground floor was
part of the shop - selling frames and other gift ware.
